    One size fits most adults. Three snaps close the collar and a tie at the front pulls the back panel in, so you can snug it up on a smaller frame or let it out on a broader one. The back panel reaches down to about the hips.

    Your neck, both shoulders and your back, in one piece. The collar stands up around the neck, the yoke sits over the shoulders and one broad panel runs down the back.

  • Is it cordless?

    No. It plugs into a standard wall outlet through the wired controller, so there's nothing to charge and it never runs out halfway through the evening. Sit within reach of an outlet while you use it.

  • How warm does it get, and how fast?

    The controller has adjustable heat settings, so you pick the level that feels comfortable. It warms up over a few minutes.

  • Can I use it at my desk or on the couch?

    Yes, that's what it's made for. The sides are open, so your arms stay free to type, read or hold a mug. Because it plugs in, it's for sitting, not walking around.

  • Is the collar stiff?

    No. It's the same soft plush as the rest of the wrap. It stands up around your neck and closes with three snaps, and you can leave the top snap open if you like it looser.

  • Can I wash it?

    Yes. Unplug it and detach the controller first, then machine wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Don't bleach or iron it. Let it air dry fully before you reconnect the controller, and never put the controller in water.

  • Can I sleep in it?

    No. Use Heatcape while you're seated and awake, and don't fold it while it's switched on. Switch it off and unplug it when you're done.

  • What if it's not right for me?
